CouttsWoman.com gets down to business. Literally. Dedicated to women and the woman in business, the online monthly magazine features articles that showcase the exciting and intriguing careers of women. They also feature stories on travel and lifestyle.
The December 2007 issue of Coutts Woman profiles of Rachel Lowe, a woman entrepreneur, who recently launched a Disney Pixar version of her board game, Destination, and Melissa Sturgess, CEO of Dwkya Resources, a diamond exploration company. After reading these articles, women will no doubt be inspired to pursue and acheive their own goals.
For those interested in traveling, the magazine's travel department motivates the readers to pack a bag and buy a ticket somewhere. Features include a moving article about Khao Lak, an island in Thailand, who's fighting to rebuild after the 2004 tsunami. I particularly liked the idea of the hotel of the month, Malmaison Oxford, a former prison recently renovated into a luxury hotel, and the spa of the month, Spa Illuminata. Even if you can't travel, it's great to read and learn about these destinations and hotels.
Admittedly, I've never heard of Coutts Woman before. However, I will never forget it. Seldomly do I find a magazine that caters to the business woman. Even more, I was very impressed with the content on the pages and will recommend it to other women and writers. Coutts Woman helps prove that woman are doing it for themselves.
I recommend visiting Coutts Woman and seeing for yourself.
